Saratoga Restaurant is situated on the Marina at Simpson Bay Yacht Club and is surrounded
by luxurious yachts, soft lighting and cool breezes. Guests are seated either on the
waterside terrace or in the open mahogany dining room. Culinary Institute of America
graduate John Jackson presides over a menu that changes daily and features many local fish
and seafood specialties. The menu also includes a steak, a chicken and a pork dish each
evening as well as great salads and pastas. Ample parking amongst fine shops, along with
great food and service at reasonable prices make for a great experience.
